All of our embossers, stamps, and custom products are made-to-order and personalized, carefully crafted just for you. Each piece is uniquely created and cannot be resold.

Because all products are custom-made, we kindly ask customers to review all personalization details carefully before placing an order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection (size, design, or style)
  • Errors in customization details provided by the customer (e.g. name, initials, text, or logo)

โœจ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or not functioning properly
  • Incorrect (wrong design, text, or product)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

After this timeframe, we may not be able to take responsibility for lost packages.

  • Processing time: 2โ€“5 business days
  • Shipping time: 5โ€“10 business days (depending on destination)
